We collect information you provide directly: your username, email address, and password (stored as a bcrypt hash). If you connect Discord OAuth, we store your Discord user ID, username, avatar, and clan tag. We also collect uploaded files (images, avatars, favicons) and profile customization data you set.
We record profile view counts per unique IP address per hour. IP addresses are stored temporarily in memory (not persisted to disk) for view deduplication and are discarded after one hour. We do not log or store IP addresses long-term.
Files you upload are stored on Cloudflare R2 object storage. Uploaded content may be publicly accessible via direct URL. Do not upload sensitive or private content.
We use your data solely to operate the service: displaying your profile, serving your uploads, and enabling dashboard features. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.
If you connect your Discord account, we use the Discord OAuth2 API to retrieve your public profile information. We store only the fields listed in section 1. You can disconnect your Discord account at any time from settings, which removes stored Discord data.
We use a single session cookie for authentication. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
Your data is retained for as long as your account exists. Deleting your account (where supported) removes your data from our database. Uploaded files may persist on R2 for a short period after deletion.
We use HTTPS for all traffic, bcrypt for password hashing, and secure session cookies. While we take reasonable precautions, no system is perfectly secure.
We use Cloudflare R2 for file storage and the Discord API for OAuth and guild data. Their respective privacy policies apply to data processed through their services.
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
